Important information’s regarding the BTB Workshop
• LocationThe fair is located at the "Eventhotel Pyramide" in Vienna/Vösendorf. It´s impressing and ample setting offers the perfect atmosphere for the BTB. Surrounded by 90.000m² of spacious and greenish parks and hotel buildings, this unique location directly at the border of Vienna includes 5.000m² of hotel-, wellness- and sportareas with 458 luxury rooms in addition to 5.000m² of exhibition space and 3.500m² of the congress center.
• Environments And Recreation
The restful territory of the park is as conveniently placed close to transport facilities as it is to Europe´s largest shopping- and industrypark called “Shopping City South” (SCS). In immediate vicinity of the “Pyramid” the mediumsized village of Mödling with it´s easeful old town and it´s manifoldly business- and recreational offers as well as the housing area “Südstadt” with it´s green spaces. Hundreds of "Heurige" (small wine-farmer´s taverns) invite to wine and specialities - only a few miles away: The well known winevillages and the "winestreet" stretches along the “Thermenlinie” from Perchtoldsdorf via Gumpoldskirchen, Pfaffstätten and the historically important cure- and casinovillage Baden to Bad Vöslau. On the other hand the famous opera of Vienna and the St. Stephens Cathedrale can be reached in half an hour...
• Approaching The BTB
The BTB can be reached excellently via european motorways – every austrian highway = “Autobahn” (A) leads you directly to the BTB. Signs will help exhibitors and visitors finding their way easily from the motorway exits to the BTB-location.

• Parking
The Pyramid offers sufficiant parkings - 600 directly in front of the hotel. There are also special parkings and washing-places for busses. • Accommodation BTB has reserved a special contingent rooms for exhibitors and guests in hotels surrounding the fair. • Storing
While the Pyramid and the Congress Center offer ample space for exhibitions, events and workshops, it has to be said, that storing possibilities respectivly areas are very limited. Storing is only possible in nearby parked trucks and steel-containers, which can be offered on request.
• Exhibition Areas
Overall the B.T.B has over 3.000 m² of event space. The areas for exhibiting buses are located within the event area, a gigantic glass pyramid. For additional events closed off seminar rooms and pavilions in the pyramid are available during the B.T.B.
• Hall plan / exhibition layout
The hall plan will be available on this site from about beginning September.
• Overnight stay
The B.T.B has reserved room quotas in various hotel categories and different price segments for exhibitors and visitors in close proximity to the exhibition.
